  Real admin access, not guesswork: the real plugin list, the platform's own health report, and a direct check for anything that shouldn't be there — spam injections, unused-but-dangerous tools, whatever's live and shouldn't be. Comes back as a plain-language write-up, not a spreadsheet of jargon.

  If a hosting company, marketing agency, or IT vendor says something's been fixed, upgraded, or hardened, that's worth checking independently before it's treated as settled. I verify vendor claims directly against what's live — confirming the ones that hold up, catching the ones that don't.

  For a person or a small business — an ongoing person to ask, not a one-off ticket. Personal and business clients both.

• Software & OS TroubleshootingAvailable

  Malware cleanup, slow machines, broken updates, "it worked yesterday" — diagnosed and fixed, not just restarted and hoped for.
